Dr. Kelly M. Donlan and the staff of Sarver Eye Clinic, P.C. are excited to be located in the diverse, expanding community of Sarver, PA.
Dr. Kelly M. Donlan
Dr. Kelly M. Donlan opened her own business, Sarver Eye Clinic, p.c., on August 17, 2011. It Is located at 135 Mulone Drive, Sarver, PA. Dr. Kelly previously was contracted as the Northern Pittsburgh eye doctor of OnHealthcare, which is a mobile physician group caring for nursing home patients. She traveled to nursing homes from Erie to Downtown Pittsburgh. Dr. Kelly has been practicing for the past fifteen years in the Pittsburgh area, including the offices of Drs. Siegel and Portnoy In Southside and Dr. Lobby In West Kittanning. Dr. Kelly attended Penn State University (main campus) where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Premed/Biology in 2000.
From there she went on to attend Salus University (Pennsylvania College of Optometry) where she graduated in 2004 with another Bachelor Of Science in Vision Science and a Doctor of Optometry. The greatest difference that separates Dr. Kelly from others in her field is that after graduation she completed a fully accredited hospital-based Residency at the Cleveland VA Medical Center to specialize in ocular disease. She also has a strong clinical base in pediatrics. Dr. Kelly is a Butler County native who provides comprehensive eye care including, but not limited to pre and post-operative care for cataracts and refractive surgery. She is specifically trained in the management of non-surgical ocular disease.

We will supply you with open, honest responses to all of your inquiries no matter how simple or complicated they may seem. We will assist you in any way we can. We will accommodate your appointment to the best of our abilities. Due to the nature of our scheduling methods, we do not accept walk-ins. We want to be fair to our scheduled patients. However, we will try to get you in to see the doctor at your earliest convenience.
